yeah well its rubbing bad inside the guards on the wall ..

so i put a 5 mm thick plate and it stopped the rubbing a fair bit but the studs werent long enough but a VN diff is 20 mm wider so thought it would fix my problem but dunno

vl diff is the go mate but you cant lower in and expect to fit big wheels under it , my mate had that on his walky and he could only fit 15s on the rear, but sounds like a good project mate get some pics up

vn diff is 25mm wider on each side mate, trust me it wont end well. the offset of your wheels are whats making it hit.

yeah im thinking of just getting 20 mm longer studs put in then if i even change mags i can just use plates behind to make it not rub

hey mate, dont go the vn diff. i had a vn diff in my vk and the 17" rims wrapped in 235's stuck out of the guards. every time i hit a bump even after i paid 2 n half grand for the best pedders suspension it chewed nice cut marks the whole way around the tyres.

Not mucking about. See you have the usual rust at the bottom of the screen to fix - i am just about to tackle that as well.

In regards to the VT brake upgrade you need an adapter which locates the VT disk. Ebay quite often have the kits for about $500 from memory.
