was the job organised through a shop and he has left or was a private job??? if it was organised through a shop/business then chase it up through there dont worry about the individual, try and get an email address so that you can document all contact with them, and then take it through consumer affairs or small claims tribrunal. if a personal job then find his last name (if really his name) and take it to the police...

Last thing would be do you have any proof of money changing hands (receipt) or what goods/services were supposed to be given/sold??? if not i think u are in trouble

he was just an iduvidual who was going to get it sprayed at a mates shop, but never did. no recipt but i think he will admit it, and i have alot of witneses, you rekon that will count?

As for the car yeh its a rare as fuhck SII VT exec with a ls1 and 6spd.
i have had about 9 cars now, ill put some photos up of others later if people are interested.

he had another car with him an R32 and that guy paid $5,000 cash same deal.. poor bastard..
